Donald T. Dunham

 

A Southern California native, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science from UCLA in 1977 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Fernando (La Verne) Valley College of Law in 1982. He is licensed to practice law in California as well as the United States Federal Courts.

 

Mr. Dunham has practiced law since 1985 in the fields of Personal Injury, Family Law, Workers Compensation and Criminal Law. He currently has two offices, one in Rosemead, California and the other in Shadow Hills, California.

 

His sense of patience, communication and negotiation skills have served him well allowing him to maximize his client’s recoveries over 31 years of practice. He has maintained a spotless reputation with the California State Bar Associate for all those years.

 

He lives with his wife, the artist Marijke Koger Dunham, their quarter horse Matthew and their Great Dane Mix, Hemi.

Randolph R. Ramirez

 

Was born and raised in Southern California. He attended San Diego State University where he obtained his undergraduate degree in International Business in 1999. Following college, Mr. Ramirez went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne, College of Law in 2002. He enjoyed the law school experience, receiving highest class grade in Civil Procedure 2 and was a participant in the College of Law’s Honors moot court program.

 

Rather than immediately practicing after law school, as a California licensed real estate broker, Mr. Ramirez successfully organized and operated a real estate lending corporation. Learning the fundamentals of business, real estate, financing and employee rights was a proper foundation and invaluable to acting as consumer advocate. Mr. Ramirez has also been an adjunct professor of legal studies for an American Bar Association certified legal program. As a professor, He enjoyed sharing his legal knowledge and everyday experience with his students in the areas of Wills/Trusts and Civil Litigation.

 

In his practice of law, Mr. Ramirez has worked in various legal fields obtaining a degree of skill essential in the practice of law and protection of consumer rights. Primarily, he has focused on his efforts on litigation, personal injury (including products liability and environmental tort), criminal law and bankruptcy law. The skills in these areas of practice provide our clients with the best representation from advocacy, skills of negotiation through litigation matters. Mr. Ramirez is admitted to practice law before both the federal and state courts of California.

John B. Foss

 

Received his Bachelor’s Degree from Portland State University in Portland Oregon and his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He has specialized in the Trial of Legal matters throughout his career.

 

He has tried numerous cases including cases involving automobile accidents, medical malpractice issues and criminal cases both as a Deputy District Attorney and as a defense counsel.

 

Mr. Foss is admitted to practice in all of the courts of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Foss has also been elected a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates; membership in which is by invitation and restricted to a very small percentage of the Trial Lawyers in the United States.

 

Mr. Foss has served as a Mediator and Arbitrator and as a Judge Pro Tempore. He participates as a Trial Advocacy teacher annually at the ABOTA Trial School in Los Angeles.
